HOUSE AT DALVEY ESTATE
2018 - SINGAPORE
The original site of about 11,000 sqm was subdivided into 7 good class bungalow lots. The family commissioned a selection of architects to design this collage development, of which CSYA is a part of. This seventh lot is nestled at the end of Dalvey Estate cul-de-sac.
In a response to our tropical climate, this house has adopted a pitched roof as its overarching expression and design unifier to shelter different spaces. The formal living space is extended out into the garden, while the pool and patio are roofed over and reclaimed back indoors.
